TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned new building is not basemented and consists of two full floors, whereby the ground floor is constructed as a solid building and the upper floor in timber construction. The supporting structure corresponds to the skeleton construction method (reinforced concrete on the ground floor, timber on the upper floor) with stiffening reinforced concrete walls. Non-load-bearing interior walls are solid (masonry) on the ground floor and lightweight construction (drywall) on the upper floor. The base slab and the floor slab above the ground floor are made of reinforced concrete, the ceiling above the upper floor (flat roof) is made of solid wood.
