TENDER DESCRIPTION

This construction project is the 2nd phase of a multi-purpose hall (MZH) with parking spaces, emergency power supply, and an administration wing for the fire brigade. The construction site is located behind an existing building on Gutenbergstraße. The new multi-purpose hall is being built in two phases. The 1st phase (2 stories) has already been completed. In the current 2nd phase, the two-story multi-purpose hall will be extended southwards with parking spaces and storage rooms, and a single-story hall with parking spaces for special vehicles will be annexed to it on the southwest side. A two-story administrative building will be attached to the MZH on the northwest side. The 2nd phase is structurally connected to the 1st phase in many areas. For the extension of the multi-purpose hall, among other things, socket foundations were created. The base slab rests on strip foundations of the 1st phase on two sides. For the administrative building, consoles were constructed as ceiling supports, rebar connections were bent downwards, and access points to the elevator shaft were created.
