TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the new construction of a bus depot with electric charging infrastructure in Freising, Lot 7c encompasses all metal construction work for the workshop and the wash hall. The services start with the technical processing including shop and assembly planning as well as, if necessary, the required supplementary static verifications. All constructions are manufactured and installed based on the execution and detail planning as well as the approval statics. The focus of the lot is on the wall and ceiling claddings of the workshop and wash hall. For this purpose, extensive substructures made of galvanized steel profiles are produced and equipped with corrosion-resistant sandwich panels. The panels have steel sheet cover shells and PUR/PIR insulation cores and are designed according to the requirements for mechanical load, moisture resistance, and cleanability. The work includes a total of approximately 536 m² of cladding surfaces in the wash hall as well as about 683 m² in the workshop, including all fastening, connection and sealing work.
