TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the framework of the new construction of a bus depot with electric charging infrastructure in Freising, Lot 7a includes all metal construction works for the social building. The services begin with the technical processing including workshop and assembly planning as well as, if necessary, supplementary static verifications. All constructions are manufactured and installed based on the execution and detail planning as well as the approved static calculations. The focus of the lot is the production and installation of high-quality aluminum post-and-beam facades, windows, and doors. The facade elements are executed as thermally insulated three-chamber systems with high requirements for driving rain tightness, airtightness, thermal insulation, and sound insulation. The scope of work includes large-format facade elements with widths up to approx. 32.25 m and heights up to approx. 2.50 m, equipped with triple insulating glazing, solar heat control glass, and thermally insulated sandwich infills.
