TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the new construction of a bus depot with electric charging infrastructure in Freising, Lot 7c includes all metal construction works for the workshop and the washing hall. The services start with the technical processing including factory and assembly planning as well as any necessary supplementary static verifications. All constructions are manufactured and installed based on the execution and detail planning as well as the approval static calculations. The core of the lot is the wall and ceiling claddings of the workshop and washing hall. For this purpose, extensive substructures made of galvanized steel profiles are produced and equipped with corrosion-resistant sandwich panels. The panels have steel sheet cover layers and PUR/PIR insulation cores and are executed according to the requirements for mechanical load capacity, moisture resistance, and cleanability. The works include a total of approximately 536 m² of cladding surfaces in the washing hall as well as around 683 m² in the workshop, including all fastening, connection, and sealing works.
