TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the new construction of a bus depot with electric charging infrastructure in Freising, Lot 7a includes all metal construction works for the social building. The services begin with the technical processing including workshop and assembly planning as well as any required supplementary static verifications. All constructions will be manufactured and installed based on the execution and detailed planning as well as the approval statics. The focus of the lot is the manufacture and installation of high-quality aluminum post-and-beam façades, windows, and doors. The façade elements are executed as thermally insulated three-chamber systems with high requirements for rain tightness, airtightness, thermal insulation, and sound insulation. The scope includes large-format façade elements with widths up to approx. 32.25 m and heights up to approx. 2.50 m, equipped with triple insulating glazing, solar heat protection glass, as well as thermally insulated sandwich infills.
