TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Friedrichstadt intends to build a new fire station. The new fire station will be constructed at Schleswiger Straße 27 in 25840 Friedrichstadt. The construction site is located between Schleswiger Straße and the sports hall newly built towards the north in 2023. The construction site (land area 53,000 m2) is accessed from Schleswiger Straße. To achieve a level access from the street to the building, the terrain will be raised by approximately 1.00 m. The building is categorized as building class 3 and is single-story, founded on a reinforced concrete slab approximately 0.70 to 1.15 m thick with additional piles. A storage mezzanine in the vehicle hall forms the upper floor. An extension building section will be constructed with a beam grid instead of a slab. A possible future extension for a parking space is then possible without additional necessary foundation work. The slab and beam grid are deeply founded with reinforced concrete piles due to the ground conditions. The building will be constructed in solid construction using calcium silicate bricks and facing bricks and includes 7 fire vehicle parking spaces.
