TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Friedrichstadt intends to build a new fire station. The new fire station will be constructed at Schleswiger Straße 27 in 25840 Friedrichstadt. The construction site is located between Schleswiger Straße and the sports hall newly built to the north in 2023. The site (plot size 53,000 m2) is accessed from Schleswiger Straße. To achieve a level access from the street to the building, the terrain will be raised by approximately 1.00 m. The building is classified as building class 3 and is single-story, founded on a reinforced concrete slab about 0.70 - 1.15 m thick and additional piles. A storage mezzanine in the vehicle hall forms the upper floor. An extension building section will be constructed with a beam grid instead of a slab. A possible future extension by one parking space is then feasible without additional necessary foundation work. Due to the soil conditions, the slab and beam grid will be deeply founded on reinforced concrete piles. The building will be constructed in solid construction using calcium silicate (KS) and facing bricks and comprises 7 fire-fighting vehicle parking bays.
