TENDER DESCRIPTION

The core of the project is the construction of a teaching and training building that is intended to accommodate two essential use units. - On the one hand, the "Medical School Kaiserslautern - Semmelweis University" ("MSK-SE") is to be created as the location for the clinical section of medical studies in cooperation with Semmelweis University Budapest. The study model provides that students first complete three pre-clinical years of study at Semmelweis University in Budapest and then switch to Kaiserslautern for three clinical years of study. - On the other hand, a training campus for healthcare professions is to be created, comprising in particular training and further education areas for nursing, ATA/OTA, physiotherapy, and a continuing education centre. The building will be erected on the conversion area of the Pfaff site in Kaiserslautern. The plot of land has an area of approximately 4,000 sq m.
