TENDER DESCRIPTION

The core of the project is the construction of a teaching and training building which is intended to accommodate two essential usage units. - On the one hand, the "Medical School Kaiserslautern - Semmelweis University" ("MSK-SE") is to be created as a location for the clinical section of medical studies in cooperation with Semmelweis University Budapest. The study model provides that students initially complete three pre-clinical years of study at Semmelweis University in Budapest and then change to Kaiserslautern for three clinical years. - On the other hand, a training campus for healthcare professions is to be established, which in particular includes training and continuing education areas for nursing, ATA/OTA, physiotherapy, and a continuing education centre. The building will be erected on the conversion area of the Pfaff site in Kaiserslautern. The plot has an area of approximately 4,000 sqm.
