TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Waren intends to plan and implement the construction of a passenger shipping port and open-space landscaping at the Steinmole in Waren (Müritz). The new construction, which comprises port facilities, is to expand the existing harbour basin and improve berthing conditions by means of an extended jetty on the western side, while at the same time increasing the berthing capacity for passenger shipping in order to relieve the town harbour of passenger shipping. For this purpose, the quay facilities are to be strengthened and/or renewed and their utilities for supply and disposal are to be completely rebuilt. The surfaces of the pedestrian and promenading areas as well as the design of the functional spaces and the outdoor facilities throughout the entire port area are to be comprehensively renewed and thereby redefined.
