Brief description: The overall project includes the new construction of an intermodal terminal at Riesa harbor. This tender concerns the main construction service, which includes, among others, planning services for the outlet structure, civil engineering works, foundation works, and road construction; Lump sum contract with functional performance description Description of services by type and scope: - Asphalt (Bk32) 10,000 m2; - Industrial asphalt 3,500 m2; - FD concrete (container parking area) 14,500 m2; - Landfill asphalt 13,000 m2; - Paving (pedestrian/cycle path) 700 m2; - Drainage channels up to DN1600 2,700 m; - Drainage gutters (paving) 2,600 m; - Drainage gutters (box) 1,300 m; - Fire water pipe 500 m; - Outlet structure including 2 fire water pumps (dimensions LxWxH: approx. 5.5 x 4 x 10 m) 1 unit; - Valve structure (dimensions LxWxH: approx. 9 x 7.5 x 8 m) 1 unit; - Lamella clarifier (dimensions LxWxH: approx. 5.5 x 3 x 5 m) 1 unit; - Lighting masts (height: 8-16 m) 22 units; - Lighting masts (height: 37 m) 4 units; - Track construction including dismantling; Further information according to the performance specification in the tender documents;
