TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is Lot 1 - Object planning for buildings in performance phases 1-9 pursuant to § 34 HOAI (Annex 10). In addition, the contractor must - to a subordinate extent - prepare the outdoor facilities planning for the external areas pursuant to § 39 HOAI (Annex 11) in performance phases 1-9 as well as plan the connection of the building to the public transport facilities (Wimbachstraße), including the UG/OG access roads and the external ramp (§§ 45 ff. HOAI, Annex 13). The external areas include in particular the site access as well as the roads and paths in the vicinity of the structure (cost group 500 of the cost estimate, approx. EUR 250,000 net). In particular, the hillside location and slope stabilisation (possible re-use of the existing retaining wall) must be taken into account, as must the boundary and setback area situation (§ 8 LBauO RLP cannot be complied with everywhere), the delivery and neighbouring situation (including Görgen/delivery, Fabry) and the design integration of photovoltaic, optional green roof and electromobility infrastructure in coordination with the other lots.
