TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is Lot 2 – Technical equipment HLS in performance phases 1-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI (Annex 15) for the plant groups 1 within the meaning of § 53(2) HOAI, i.e. wastewater, water and gas systems (AG 1, essentially drainage). In particular, the close coordination with the building design (Lot 1), the structural engineering design (Lot 3) and the technical equipment electrical planning services (Lot 4), the requirements of the urban development promotion, and the life-cycle assessment must be taken into account. Heat supply (AG 2) and ventilation technology/air-handling engineering (AG 3) do not, according to the current planning status, apply or apply only to an insignificant extent (open or naturally ventilated structure). A phased commissioning is planned: initially, performance phases 1-4 are commissioned (Stage 1); then, optionally, performance phases 5-9 (Stage 2).
