TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is Lot 2 – Building Services Engineering (HLS) in performance phases 1–9 pursuant to § 55 HOAI (Annex 15) for technical building systems groups 1 within the meaning of § 53(2) HOAI, i.e. drainage, water and gas systems (AG 1, essentially drainage). Particular consideration must be given to close coordination with the building object planning (Lot 1), structural engineering (Lot 3) and the electrical building services planning services (Lot 4), the requirements of the urban development funding programme, as well as the life-cycle assessment. Heat supply (AG 2) and air-handling/ventilation technology (AG 3) do not, according to the current planning status, apply or apply only to an insignificant extent (open or naturally ventilated structure). A phased award is planned: first, performance phases 1–4 will be commissioned (Stage 1); subsequently, optionally, performance phases 5–9 (Stage 2). The scope of performance phases 5 et seq. is subject to the implementation model selected by the contracting authority (award by trade in accordance with VOB/A or award to a general contractor who takes over the detailed design/execution planning).
