TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is Lot 2 - Building Services Engineering in performance phases 1-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI (Annex 15) for the plant groups 1, 4, 5 and 6 within the meaning of § 53 para. 2 HOAI. The focus is on the medium-voltage/strong-current systems (AG 4) with a photovoltaic system, charging-/e-mobility infrastructure (GEIG) and lighting; in addition, the lift systems/lifts (AG 6), the telecommunications and information technology systems (AG 5, including parking guidance/parking access control technology, fire alarm system) as well as the wastewater, water and gas systems (AG 1, essentially drainage). In particular, close coordination with the building object planning (Lot 1, including photovoltaic, green roof, e-mobility) and structural engineering planning (Lot 3), the requirements of the urban development promotion programme, and the life-cycle analysis are to be taken into account. The heating supply (AG 2) and the air-handling/ventilation technology (AG 3) do not, according to the current planning status, arise or only arise to an insignificant extent (open or naturally ventilated building).
