TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is Lot 3 - structural engineering services in performance phases 1-6 in accordance with § 51 HOAI (Appendix 14). The focus is on the preliminary sizing of the structural system; the final execution structural statics is expected to be provided by the executing construction company. In particular, the slope location and the necessary retaining walls/slope stabilisation (possible re-use of the existing retaining wall) as well as the steel and reinforced concrete frame construction of the parking garage, which is planned as system construction in steel, must be taken into account. The structural engineering services must be coordinated closely with the building object planning (Lot 1) and the technical equipment (Lot 2). The foundation and, if applicable, any earthworks/engineering work required for the foundation are treated as separate construction services and must be taken into account and coordinated in the planning. A phased commissioning is planned: first, performance phases 1-4 (up to approval planning) will be commissioned (Stage 1); then optionally performance phases 5-6 (Stage 2).
