TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is Lot 3 - structural engineering services in performance phases 1-6 pursuant to § 51 HOAI (Appendix 14). The focus is on the pre-dimensioning of the structure; the final execution structural analysis will most likely be prepared by the construction company carrying out the work. In particular, the hillside location and the required retaining walls/slope stabilisations (possible reuse of the existing rear wall) as well as the steel and reinforced concrete frame construction of the multi-storey car park, which is planned as system construction in steel, must be taken into account. The structural engineering services must be closely coordinated with the building object planning (Lot 1) and the technical equipment (Lot 2). The foundation and, if necessary, any earthworks/structural engineering for the foundation are treated as separate construction services and must be taken into account and coordinated in the planning. A phased engagement is planned: first, performance phases 1-4 (up to the approval planning stage) will be commissioned (Stage 1); then optionally, performance phases 5-6 (Stage 2).
