Construction of a care home and renovation/conversion of the existing care home into student and staff accommodation - Services for object planning in outdoor facilities planning (Freianlagenplanung, FAP), service phases 1-9 in accordance with §§ 38 ff. HOAI The Kreszentia-Stift is a long-established residential care facility and nursing home in central Munich and has provided care and support for older people in different life and care situations since 1859. The existing site comprises several building sections of different ages and includes both fully inpatient care areas and barrier-free housing options, as well as supplementary uses. For large parts, the existing structural conditions no longer meet today’s and the foreseeable future requirements for a modern care, support and housing concept. In particular, the floor plans, room sizes, access routes, technical systems, as well as the energy and fire-protection installations only partially satisfy the current functional, nursing-related and legal standards.
