Construction of a nursing home and renovation/conversion of the existing nursing home for student and employee accommodation — Services for architectural object planning of buildings and interiors ARCH, service phases 1-9 in accordance with §§ 33 et seq. HOAI The Kreszentia Foundation is a longstanding residential foundation and nursing home in central Munich and has, since 1859, provided care and support for older people in different life and care situations. The existing complex comprises several building sections of different ages and includes both full inpatient care areas and barrier-free housing options, as well as supplementary uses. In large parts, the existing structural arrangements no longer meet today’s and the future expected requirements for a modern care, support and residential concept. In particular, the floor plans, room sizes, access routes, technical systems, and the energy and fire protection equipment only partially satisfy the current functional, care-related and legal standards.
