HOAI The Kreszentia Foundation (Kreszentia-Stift) is a long-established residential care home and nursing home in central Munich and has served since 1859 for the care and support of older people in different life situations and care needs. The existing site comprises several building sections of different ages and includes both full inpatient care areas as well as barrier-free housing options and additional uses. In many respects, the existing structures no longer meet today’s and the future expected requirements for a modern care, support and living concept.
