Construction of a nursing home and renovation/conversion of the existing nursing home for student and staff accommodation – Services for technical building equipment, LG 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, service phases 1-9 pursuant to Sections 53 et seq. HOAI The Kreszentia Stift is a traditional residential care facility and nursing home in central Munich and has provided care and support to older people in different life and care situations since 1859. The existing site comprises several building components of varying age and includes both fully inpatient care areas as well as barrier-free housing offers and additional uses. In large parts, the built structures no longer meet today’s and the future expected requirements for a modern care, support and housing concept. In particular, the floor plans, room sizes, access routes, technical systems, as well as the energy and fire safety equipment only partially comply with current functional, care-related and legal standards.
