Construction of a nursing home and renovation/conversion of the existing nursing home into student and staff accommodation – services for technical equipment, tariff group (ALG) 4, 5 and 6, service phases 1-3 and 5-9 pursuant to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI Kreszentia-Stift is a traditional residential foundation and nursing home in Munich’s city centre and, since 1859, has served to care for and support older people in different life and care situations. The existing complex comprises several building sections of varying age and offers both full in-patient care areas as well as barrier-free housing options and supplementary uses. In large parts, the structural arrangements no longer meet today’s and the future expected requirements for a modern care, support and housing concept. In particular, the floor plans, room sizes, access and circulation routes, technical installations, and the energy-related and fire protection-related equipment only partially satisfy the current functional, care-related and legal standards.
