Construction of a nursing home and renovation/conversion of the existing nursing home into student and staff housing — Structural engineering services, service phases 1-6 in accordance with §§49 ff. HOAI The Kreszentia Foundation is a long-established residential foundation and nursing home in central Munich and has, since 1859, provided care and nursing for elderly people in different life and care situations. The existing complex comprises several building sections of different ages and offers both fully inpatient care areas and barrier-free living accommodations, together with additional uses. In large parts, the existing building structures no longer meet today’s and the future expected requirements for a modern care, support and housing concept. In particular, the floor plans, room sizes, access and circulation routes, technical installations as well as the energy-efficiency and fire-protection equipment satisfy current functional, care-related and legal standards only to a limited extent.
