GENERAL PRELIMINARY REMARKS TOTAL CONSTRUCTION MEASURE The plan is to build an extension/new-build for the Caritas residential home Friedrich Lorenz at the location in Beetzendorf with 56 places for people in need of care with disabilities, divided into 4 residential units. The extension/new-build is planned as a 2-storey compact building in load-bearing masonry construction on the site area immediately adjacent to the existing property. On the ground floor and first floor, in addition to residents’ rooms, there are also communal rooms, service offices, and storage rooms.
