TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of planning services for the specialist planning of Technical Equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, equipment groups 1-5, 7 and 8, service phases 1-9, as well as the special services required in this context. It is expressly pointed out that the mechanical engineering facilities to be planned according to § 42 para. 1 HOAI, which serve the main purpose of the engineering structure, are planned and construction-supervised by the object planner for civil engineering structures and are not subject of this tender. The contracting authority intends a phased award of the planning services. In service stage 1, service phases 1 to 4 for services according to § 55 HOAI as well as the special services required in these phases shall be commissioned. In service stage 2, the contracting authority intends to award the service phases 5 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI for the approved planning as well as the special services required in these phases.
