TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of planning services for the specialist planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, facility groups 1-5, 7 and 8, service phases 1-9, as well as the special services required in this context. It is explicitly pointed out that the mechanical engineering systems to be planned pursuant to § 42 para. 1 HOAI, which serve the main purpose of the engineering structure, are planned and construction-supervised by the structural engineering planner and are not subject to this tender. The contracting authority intends to award the planning services in stages. In performance stage 1, service phases 1 to 4 for services according to § 55 HOAI as well as the special services required in these phases shall be commissioned. In performance stage 2, the contracting authority intends, for the approved planning, to award service phases 5 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI as well as the special services required in these phases.
