TENDER DESCRIPTION

The town of Geisa intends to build a new fire station and community hall in the district of Geismar. The building is to be erected next to the cultural barn, a former barn building used as a community hall. After completion of the new build, the cultural barn is to be demolished. At present, a playground is located on the construction site, which will be dismantled as part of the new build. The new building includes the vehicle hall, changing rooms and ancillary rooms for the volunteer fire brigade, 2 assembly rooms with service/catering kitchen, the youth club and storage rooms for the local clubs.
