TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Verbandsgemeinde Dannstadt-Schauernheim intends to build a new fire station in Gronau in the industrial/commercial estate. The space program was defined in joint consultation meetings with the fire department. The site is to be accessed via an entrance road for emergency services personnel and a separate alarm departure route. As a rule, the social areas can be accommodated in a two-storey building component. Adjacent to this is a vehicle hall with 3 parking spaces, storage areas and workshops. The hygiene concept provides for a clear black/white separation throughout the entire area, with connections exclusively via the changing rooms. A bypass option for special cases must be taken into account. The building is to be made accessible without barriers. On the site, parking spaces for the emergency services personnel are also to be provided, as well as a training area and outdoor storage areas.
