TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Joint Municipality (Samtgemeinde) of Jesteburg intends to construct a shared fire station for the local fire brigades of Bendestorf and Harmstorf. The subject of the award are object planning services for buildings and interiors. Initially, only service phases 1 and 2 will be commissioned. The commissioning of further service phases remains expressly reserved and will be carried out only through a separate written call-up by the contracting authority. In particular, it is subject to the reservation that the required political resolutions are passed. The contractor does not have a claim to the commissioning of further service phases.
