TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the roofing and waterproofing works, the two flat roof areas of the fire station building with a total area of approximately 2,300 m² are to be permanently waterproofed and drained. The services include waterproofing the base slab in the administration and ancillary room areas over an area of about 1,500 m² as well as creating the vapor barrier, insulation, and waterproofing layers on the roof surfaces. For this purpose, approximately 1,457 m² of thermal insulation, tapered insulation, and two-layer bitumen waterproofing will be applied on the single-story building section, and approximately 848 m² on the vehicle hall. In addition, all parapets, wall connections, roof edge constructions, and aluminum wall copings with a total length of around 325 meters are to be constructed. Roof drainage is carried out via a pressure flow system with main and emergency drainage including 24 roof drains, parapet drains, scuppers, as well as the necessary pipes and ventilation elements.
