TENDER DESCRIPTION
The electrical installation includes the complete electrical power supply and distribution of the building, including low-voltage main and sub-distributions, cable systems, cable support systems, socket and connection installations as well as connections for the building services systems. The scope of services also includes the fire alarm system (BMA) category 1, the safety and emergency lighting system, the IT/data network including passive network infrastructure, as well as a photovoltaic system with approx. 156 kWp as a self-consumption system without battery storage including inverters, cabling, protective and switching devices, and grid connection. The lighting fixtures are supplied by the client and are not part of the electrical installation. The required installation, wiring, and electrical connection of the client-supplied luminaires are part of the electrical installation.
