TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the earthworks, the construction area for the single-story fire station building will be prepared and the foundation layer established. This includes preparing and compacting the subgrade over an area of approximately 2,400 m² and installing a gravel base layer about 50 cm thick with a volume of around 1,150 m³. The work also includes the creation of a test field, compaction verification using plate load tests, and excavation of the foundation areas with a volume of approximately 112 m³. Subsequently, all drainage pipes under the floor slab must be installed. This includes the creation of about 285 m of trenching as well as the installation of about 285 m of KG-2000 wastewater pipes DN 110, including fittings, penetrations, and connection pipes. Additionally, empty conduits for media supply under the floor slab and connections of rainwater downpipes to the main drainage pipes must be installed. Finally, the required tightness tests, camera inspections, and documentation of the drainage installations must be carried out.
