TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the earthworks, the construction area for the single-storey fire station building will be prepared and the foundation level established. For this, the subgrade on an area of approx. 2,400 m² is to be created and compacted, as well as a gravel base layer approx. 50 cm thick with a volume of around 1,150 m³ to be installed. The work also includes the creation of a test field, compaction verification by means of plate load tests, and the excavation of foundation areas with a volume of approx. 112 m³. Subsequently, all drainage pipes are to be laid under the slab. This includes the creation of approx. 285 m of pipe trenches as well as the laying of approx. 285 m of KG-2000 wastewater pipes DN 110 including fittings, penetrations, and connection pipes. Additionally, empty conduits for media supply under the slab as well as connections of rainwater downpipes to the main drainage pipes are to be made. Finally, the required tightness tests, camera inspections, and documentation of the drainage systems must be carried out.
