TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender exclusively covers the installation and processing of the tile coverings, including all necessary installation and sealing materials. The ceramic wall, floor, mosaic, and base tiles are supplied on site and are available to the contractor for processing. The contractor must acclimate the supplied tiles within the building at the respective installation locations, install them professionally, and dispose of all packaging materials. Within the scope of this service, all sealing, installation, and connection works for ceramic wall and floor coverings in the fire station building must be carried out. The works include the creation of bonded seals according to DIN 18534 in shower, sanitary, washing hall, and wet areas; the installation of wall and floor tiles including mosaic coverings, coved baseboards, base tiles, as well as the formation of all necessary connection, movement, and silicone joints. Additionally, substrate preparations, filling and leveling works, scaffoldings, cutouts for installations, sealing at floor drains and drainage channels, as well as various natural stone and construction panel works must be executed.
