TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the scaffolding work, all external and internal scaffolds required for structural shell, facade, roof, and finishing work must be provided. This includes the construction of an external working and protective scaffold of load class 4 with an area of approximately 1,988 m² around the entire building envelope. Additionally, free-standing scaffold areas in front of the hall doors, cantilever scaffolds with a length of approximately 880 m, internal railings as fall protection, and platform stair towers as access to work and roof areas must be produced. For the brick facades, a temporary rain roof construction with a length of approximately 125 m must also be provided. Inside the vehicle hall, a free-standing working and protective scaffold with an area of approximately 1,310 m² must be maintained for the execution of interior finishing work. The services include static planning, erection, alteration and dismantling, maintenance throughout the entire construction period, as well as all necessary safety and adjustment measures.
