TENDER DESCRIPTION

The painting work includes all coating, plastering, wallpapering, and sealing work on the interior and exterior of the fire station building. To be performed are substrate preparation, priming, plastering, intermediate and final coatings on lime-cement plaster, gypsum board, and concrete surfaces, as well as the necessary protective and covering measures. The work is carried out in sections and partly before the installation work, which requires several execution phases to be considered. In the vehicle hall, washing hall, technical, storage, sanitary, office, and training areas, a total of several thousand square meters of wall and ceiling surfaces are treated with high-quality, low-emission dispersion coatings. Special requirements exist regarding wet abrasion resistance, disinfectant resistance, as well as mold and moisture protection in the washing and sanitary areas. In the office and training rooms, additional Q3 plastering, painter's fleece coverings, and high-quality paint systems are to be applied.
