TENDER DESCRIPTION

The painting works include all coating, filling, wallpapering, and sealing work both inside and outside the fire station building. To be carried out are surface preparation, primers, fillers, intermediate and final coats on lime-cement plaster, drywall, and concrete surfaces as well as the necessary protective and covering measures. The work is carried out in phases and partly before the installation work, which requires several execution phases to be taken into account. In the vehicle hall, washing hall, technical, storage, sanitary, office, and training areas, a total of several thousand square meters of wall and ceiling surfaces will be treated with high-quality, low-emission dispersion coatings. Special requirements exist regarding wet abrasion resistance, disinfectant resistance as well as mold and moisture protection in washing and sanitary areas. In the office and training rooms, additionally Q3 filling, painter’s fleece coverings, and high-quality paint systems are to be applied.
