TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the metal construction and glazing works, all aluminum exterior doors, fire protection and smoke protection elements, as well as the associated glazing, are to be manufactured and installed. The scope of services includes a total of 9 aluminum exterior door elements, some with side parts and transom windows, equipped with thermally insulated and barrier-free zero thresholds, panic fittings, multipoint locking systems, and high-quality stainless steel fittings. In addition, 5 indoor fire protection and smoke protection elements in fire resistance classes T30 and T30-RS with corresponding fire protection glazing are to be executed. Additionally, a mailbox system integrated into the facade surface, aluminum reveals and lintel claddings, magnetic contacts for closure monitoring, as well as all connection, sealing and installation works are part of the service. The execution also includes the necessary workshop and execution planning, structural calculations, the initial cleaning of all elements after completion, as well as the inspection and maintenance of the fire protection doors during the warranty period.
