TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the shell construction works, a single-storey, non-basement fire station building with a flat roof is being constructed in Rietberg. The building consists of an approximately 875 m² vehicle hall with a clear height of approximately 5.80 m as well as an approximately 1,500 m² functional, social, and administrative area with a room height of approximately 3.50 m. A building separation joint is to be installed between the two building sections. The foundation is made on an approximately 2,354 m² reinforced concrete base plate with strip and individual foundations. The hall structure is primarily constructed from precast reinforced concrete components with precast columns and wall panels. The roof structure consists of two roof sections and is mostly formed by approximately 1,420 m² of prestressed concrete hollow core slabs as well as approximately 960 m² of reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior and interior walls are predominantly executed as calcium silicate masonry with a total area of about 3,300 m². The exterior facades receive a double-shell facing masonry with core insulation and clinker brick veneer.
