TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the shell construction works, a single-storey, non-basement fire station building with a flat roof is being constructed in Rietberg. The building consists of an approximately 875 m² large vehicle hall with a clear height of about 5.80 m as well as an approximately 1,500 m² functional, social, and administrative area with a room height of about 3.50 m. A building joint is to be created between the two building parts. The foundation is carried out on an approximately 2,354 m² large reinforced concrete base slab with strip and individual foundations. The hall structure is mainly made of precast reinforced concrete parts with precast supports and wall panels. The roof structure consists of two roof sections and is mostly formed by approximately 1,420 m² prestressed concrete hollow core slabs as well as about 960 m² reinforced concrete slabs. The outer and inner walls are mainly executed as calcium silicate masonry with a total area of around 3,300 m². The exterior facades receive a two-shell facing brickwork with core insulation and clinker facing shell.
