TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this service, the floor coverings in the vehicle hall as well as in selected ancillary rooms are to be made as highly durable ceramic vibrated tile coverings. The work includes the necessary substrate preparations, sealing work, insulation measures, mortar bed construction as well as the laying and grouting of the ceramic porcelain stoneware tiles. In the vehicle hall, a subsequent sealing of the floor slab including connections to walls, gutters, pipe penetrations, and door rails is to be carried out on an area of approximately 890 m². Subsequently, approx. 783 m² of highly durable porcelain stoneware tiles with slip resistance R12 are to be laid in a mortar bed with a thickness of 80 to 160 mm with a slope. Additionally, movement joints, expansion joint profiles, base tiles, marking strips for traffic lanes as well as connections to drainage channels and floor drains are to be executed. In the ancillary rooms, thermal insulation made of XPS insulation boards including separating layers are to be installed on an area of approx. 153 m², and ceramic vibrated tile coverings with the associated baseboards, movement joints and connection works are to be produced.…
