TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this service, the floor coverings in the vehicle hall as well as in selected ancillary rooms are to be installed as highly durable ceramic rumbled tile coverings. The work includes the necessary substrate preparations, sealing work, insulation measures, mortar bed constructions as well as the laying and grouting of the ceramic porcelain stoneware tiles. In the vehicle hall, a subsequent sealing of the floor slab including connections to walls, channels, pipe penetrations and door rails on an area of approximately 890 m² is initially to be performed. Subsequently, approximately 783 m² of highly durable porcelain stoneware tiles with slip resistance R12 are to be laid in a mortar bed with a thickness of 80 to 160 mm with a slope. Additionally, movement joints, expansion joint profiles, base tiles, marking stripes for driving lanes as well as connections to drainage channels and floor drains are to be executed. In the ancillary rooms, on an area of approximately 153 m², thermal insulation made of XPS insulation boards including separating layers is to be installed, as well as ceramic rumbled tile coverings with the associated baseboards, movement joints and connection…
