TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this service, the exterior shell of the vehicle hall is to be constructed as a thermally insulated sandwich facade. The work includes the structural calculation, facade specialist planning, and the preparation of all working and installation plans including all detailed designs. On a facade area of approximately 896 m², a thermally separated distance and substructure will first be installed. Afterwards, thermally insulated sandwich wall panels with a 100 mm thick PIR insulation core and a thermal transmittance coefficient of a maximum of 0.24 W/(m²K) will be installed. The facade cladding is to be executed in a special fire brigade red shade (RAL 3000). Additionally, base insulation with an area of approximately 165 m², base claddings, lintel claddings, column claddings, corner profiles, parapet connections, window and door casings as well as all necessary joint, connection, and sealing works are to be produced. Furthermore, the services include openings for parapet drainage and technical penetrations as well as all fastening, cutting, and adjustment work required for a fully functional and permanently sealed facade construction.
