TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this service, the exterior shell of the vehicle hall is to be constructed as a thermally insulated sandwich façade. The work includes static calculations, façade specialist planning, as well as the preparation of all working and installation plans including all detailed designs. On a façade area of approximately 896 m², a thermally separated spacer and substructure will first be installed. Subsequently, thermally insulated sandwich wall panels with a 100 mm thick PIR insulating core and a thermal transmittance coefficient of maximum 0.24 W/(m²K) will be laid. The façade cladding is to be executed in the special colour fire brigade red (RAL 3000). Additionally, base insulation with an area of approximately 165 m², base cladding, lintel cladding, column cladding, corner profiles, parapet connections, window and door casings, as well as all necessary joint, connection and sealing work, are to be carried out. The services also include recesses for parapet drainage and technical penetrations, as well as all fastening, cutting and adjustment work for a fully functional and permanently watertight façade construction.
