TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of this service, the vehicle hall doors of the fire station are to be manufactured as thermally insulated, power-operated sectional doors and installed ready for operation. For this purpose, a total of 13 large-area glazed aluminium sectional doors with a clear opening of approximately 3.85 m × 4.51 m each are to be executed. The doors will have thermally insulated aluminium and steel profiles, multi-pane plastic glazing, electric high-performance drives with opening and closing speeds of up to 0.5 m/s, as well as all necessary safety and signaling devices according to the requirements of DIN 14092 for fire stations. The service also includes shop and installation planning, structural calculations, radio remote controls, the required substructures and mounting levels on the reinforced concrete columns, as well as all connection and cladding work. Two doors will additionally have integrated wicket doors with panic function and escape route approval.
