TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the ground improvement, a foundation improvement using the CMC method (Controlled Modulus Columns) is to be carried out for the single-storey fire station building. This requires the creation of the necessary detailed design, calculation, and staking out of the column locations. The ground improvement includes the production of approximately 450 unreinforced full-displacement columns made of special concrete with an average length of approximately 6.0 m. The columns are produced using a low-vibration full-displacement drilling method and form the basis for the load transfer of the structure. After production, the column heads must be cut to the correct height and adjusted to the foundation level. All implementation parameters must be electronically recorded and documented during the works. Finally, as-built documentation including production protocols and site plans of the executed ground improvement measures must be handed over.
