TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the ground improvement, a foundation improvement using the CMC method (Controlled Modulus Columns) is to be carried out for the single-story fire station building. The required execution planning, design, and staking out of the column locations must be prepared. The ground improvement comprises the construction of approximately 450 unreinforced full displacement columns made of special concrete with an average length of approximately 6.0 m. The columns are produced using a low-vibration full displacement drilling method and form the basis for the load transfer of the building. After construction, the column heads are to be cut to the correct height and adapted to the foundation level. All execution parameters must be electronically recorded and documented during the work. Finally, as-built documents including manufacturing protocols and layout plans of the executed ground improvement measures must be handed over.
