TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project “Construction of a fire station, firefighting unit Berg” in Ettlingen-Schöllbronn involves a two-storey building section with a partial basement and an adjacent single-storey vehicle hall. The building is constructed as a timber hybrid structure. The vehicle hall walls, the escape staircase, the basement and the foundation structural components are made of reinforced concrete. Additional load-bearing walls are constructed as timber stud walls with cross-laminated timber and/or ribbed ceilings. Non-load-bearing walls are constructed as drywall partitions or in the basement from calcium sand-lime brickwork. The building has dimensions of approx. 30 x 33 m and a height of 6.90 m and 8.15 m.
