TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is structural engineering services in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021, service phases 1 to 6, with phased commissioning. If applicable, various special services may also be commissioned. The municipality of Westendorf (district Ostallgäu) is planning the new construction of a fire station. The building is designed for about 80 active firefighters and includes a vehicle hall with three parking spaces as well as an integrated wash hall. The vehicle hall is planned with clear dimensions of approx. 15.80 × 14.00 m, the wash hall with approx. 6.00 × 11.00 m. A specific construction method or materiality has not yet been determined. Both a timber construction, modular construction as well as a solid construction are basically conceivable. Against this background, applicants are required to provide one reference project in each of the three construction methods to prove suitability.
